I love my @Xfinity 1Gbps service that I pay $100/month for that goes down multiples times a day and that I'm waiting on a second tech visit for just so they can hopefully, finally refer it to a maintenance technician and maybe, perhaps I can get reliable service. Or cancel. 😡

Heard back from the @Xfinity rep that I've been working with: they don't see the contracted tech they sent out put anything in for anyone to come out or refer the issue to anyone else. Hosed and closed. So I wait some more... #AComcastStory#AXfinityStory

@comcastcares I supposedly had an appointment for Saturday because boxes not working. Whatever was pushed through during the night fixed the problem. I went to cancel the appointment and saw it was never made. That's a problem!
