@Xfinity 3rd day in a row our service goes down. 4th day in the past week. We can’t work without service. Disruption to service seems to be a regular thing to deal with since we installed your service months ago. Some kind of discount, special, is in order.

@ATT huge mistake! I left @Xfinity to come back to AT&T! installed this AM surfing channels, I get error code trying to access their version of OnDemand. Call AT&T service & told that they can’t locate an account for me. On phone for past 2 hrs on hold only to get hung up on!

@comcastcares I supposedly had an appointment for Saturday because boxes not working. Whatever was pushed through during the night fixed the problem. I went to cancel the appointment and saw it was never made. That's a problem!
