The importance of this kind of leadership in City services should not be overlooked. Private service providers like BGE, Verizon, Comcast, banks and landlords should all act similarly. I hope that @Sneed4Baltimore’s leadership here will push them to do more.

I went to the @Xfinity voice remote to bring up @MagiciansSYFY but, without my top dentures, it came up Magic. So, while going thru the magic category, I came accross the Dresden Files. It is on the . @Tubi service. I know I watched it but I don’t remember it. Ten episodes.

@Xfinity has been horrible for the past 3 weeks for me and my family. I have spoken with someone every night after work and all day on my days off because of my service interruption. Everyone keeps telling me my internet is working fine....no it's not.

Shouldn't have ordered sports package with Xfinity in January. Haven't even clicked on MLB Network since SpringTraining was going.....and thank god I didn't order all access MLB with Xfinity. They wouldn't have given my money back.

@Xfinity Showtime charges as much as HBO, and it has never been close in quality, but running shows that we can watch On Demand. This is a good a reason to take my $13 and invest in an Apple or Hulu subscription. Sadly, I will miss Vice and The Circus who deserve a better venue.

@comcastcares I supposedly had an appointment for Saturday because boxes not working. Whatever was pushed through during the night fixed the problem. I went to cancel the appointment and saw it was never made. That's a problem!
