TzKal-Zuk and The Inferno reprsents the hardest PVM challenge ever brought to Old School Runescape. Survive 69 waves of intense battle and defeat the final boss, TzKal-Zuk, to be rewarded with the best in slot cape - the Inferno Cape.

The Gauntlet
Requirements - Song of the Elves
The Gauntlet is a solo minigame in which the player must traverse a randomly-generated dungeon and collect resources to prepare for the Gauntlet's final boss.

Requirements - Dragon Slayer II complete
Dragon Slayer II’s penultimate boss is the three-legged undead dragon Vorkath. Completion of the quest is required to face the boss again, in stronger form. After your 50th kill, you are guaranteed Vorkath’s Head, which can be used to upgrade your Ava’s device.

General Graardor
AKA - Bandos Requirements - 70 Strength
In charge of the Bandos section of the God Wars Dungeon, to the north-west, is General Graardor.

The Armadyl-aligned Aviansie found in the Eyrie at the south-west part of the God Wars Dungeon is Kree’ara. You will not be able to use Melee attacks during the fight.

K’ril Tsutsaroth
AKA - Zammy Requirements - 70 Hitpoints
Within Zamarok’s Fortress, situated in the north-east of the God Wars Dungeon, you can find the boss K’ril Tsutsaroth. Be careful of the Prayer Smash attack, which occurs when praying Melee, hitting up to a 49 & reducing your prayer by half in the process.

Slayer Bosses
Slayer Bosses in Old School Runescape are designed to challenge players training slayer - often killing slayer bosses will yield slower XP than regular slayer training, but at a greater reward.
Alchemical Hydra
AKA - Hydra Requirements - 95 Slayer
The Alchemical Hydra is the new Hydra boss found within the Karuulm Slayer Dungeon, released in January 2019 alongside the Kebos Lowlands.

Requirements - 75 Slayer, 1 x Brittle Key
On the roof of the Canifis Slayer Tower, you may fight Dusk & Dawn, the two Gargoyle bosses known as the Grotesque Guardians. They will always drop Granite dust upon death, the unique drop that powers up Cannonballs.

The Kraken Cove, where the Kraken boss lives, is found in Piscatoris, the area north of Eagles’ Peak. Despite the smaller Cave Krakens having a better drop-rate for the Trident, Kraken is an incredibly popular boss with important unique items. But if you’re not on task, you better ‘leave m’Kraken!’

Deep within the Abyssal Nexus, the Sire lurks. It may be more beneficial to unlock Fairy Rings in order to teleport straight to the Nexus, rather than go through the Abyss, become skulled and lose Prayer points, or wear an Abyssal Bracelet, which takes away a valuable item slot.

Equipped with a spade and a light source, you can burrow below the Falador Park and fight the Giant Mole boss. This large creature is popular for its Mole Claw & Mole Skin 100% drops, which can be swapped with Wyson the Gardener for Bird Nests.

Requirements - 1 x Giant Key
After obtaining a Giant Key from a Hill Giant or Cyclops, you can face Obor the Hill Titan. This boss is one of few that can be accessed by F2P players. Find him by the Hill Giant area in the Edgeville Dungeon.

Wilderness Bosses
These Wilderness bosses in Old School Runescape have some unique drops and can be killed in a group or solo, but their placement in the Wilderness means you're likely to encounter other players looking to kill you instead.
Vet’ion
North of the Bone Yard, near Lava Dragon Isle, the Skeletal Champion Vet’ion roams. This undead boss has two forms, purple and orange, owns Skeletal Hellhounds as pets that will need to be killed before you can harm the boss, and also creates earthquakes that cannot be blocked.

The Queen of the Scorpions guards her lair next to the Rogue’s Castle in the deep wilderness, so not only is there threat of having your prayer drained by her minions but also PKers, for which there aren’t many escape routes.

East of the Bone Yard, there are some spooky cobwebs: in the middle, Venenatis. This huge spider boss attacks Magic & Melee, can drain prayer, stun you and hit up to 50. Venenatis is, like Callisto, immune to Magic damage.

Callisto the great bear is a boss that roams the land east of Lava Dragon Isle. He uses melee that can knock you back and stun you, and a powerful magic shockwave attack that can hit up to 60. Don’t try and mage him, as he’s immune.

AKA - Chaos Ele
Arguably the most frustrating boss in OSRS, the Chaos Ele boss uses all three attack styles, teleports you away and takes off your armour. Hovering around the Rogue’s Castle in the far reaches of the wilderness, you’ll have to be prepared before facing it.

Bellock the Crazy Archaeologist is a very similar Wilderness demi-boss to the Chaos Fanatic with a powerful area attack, which you’ll need to run away from. He hangs out by the Ruins on the west side of the wilderness.

Follower of the Chaos Elemental, the Fanatic mimics the cloud boss by disarming you, plus has magical area attack that packs a punch. He can be found lurking west of the Lava Maze.
